The Washington Huskies and the Skyline Titans, after both having extra time off, will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Washington will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
Two weeks ago, Washington was able to grind out a solid win over American, taking the game 5-2.

Hugo Marks spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered two runs (both of which were unearned) on six hits and racked up seven Ks. He also tossed no walks, which is notable because Washington is 5-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 3-4 otherwise.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Peyton Romero, who fired off two home runs and one stolen base while going 3-for-3. Those two home runs gave him a new career-high.
They weren't the only ones working in the home run department: Washington lost a few balls and finished the game with two home runs. That's the most home runs they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, while Skyline put up plenty of runs two weeks ago, the same can't be said for Oakland. The Titans were the clear victors by a 12-0 margin over the Wildcats.
Arthur Arestides made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out ten over six innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
In other batting news, Quincy Ray-Madway was a standout: he got on base in all five of his plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI. Another player making a difference was Dallas Tucker, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with two runs, two RBI, and one double.
Washington's record now sits at 8-5. As for Skyline, their record is now 5-8.
Everything went Washington's way against Skyline in their previous meeting back in April of 2025, as Washington made off with a 9-1 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Huskies since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
