Union extended their postseason success on Friday against Calhoun City. They walked away with a 34-26 victory over the Wildcats. Union pushed the score to 34-12 by the end of the third, a deficit Calhoun City cut but never quite recovered from.
Meanwhile, Charleston stacked a eighth blowout onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Hamilton 50-18 on the road. The win was nothing new for Charleston as they're now sitting on seven straight.
Marcus Flowers jr continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 134 yards and two touchdowns on only seven carries. Charleston also got a significant boost from Latese Edwards, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 89 yards.
Their wins bumped Union to 12-1 and Calhoun City to 11-1.
