Saranac entered their tilt with Moriah on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Vikings 16-6. The result was nothing new for the Spartans, who have now won ten matchups by six  runs or more  so far this season.
 Adrian Barnes was a  major factor while hitting and pitching. He  didn't allow a single  earned run over 4.1 innings pitched. What's more,  he posted four  strikeouts, the most he's  had since back in April. He was also big at the plate,  getting on base  in four of his six plate appearances with two  runs and one  RBI.
 In other batting news, Saranac let  Zack Lucia and  Landon Giroux run wild. Lucia  went 2-for-4 with five  RBI, one  triple,  and one  run, while  Giroux  went a perfect 4-for-4 with four  runs, one  triple,  and one  RBI. Those  five  RBI gave  Lucia a new career-high.  Robbie Squier was another key player,  going 2-for-4 with two  runs and two  RBI.
 Saranac  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 16  hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  got at least eight  hits in six consecutive  games.
Saranac pushed their record up to 15-3 with the  victory, which was their 11th straight  at home dating back to last season.
