Abbott RVT's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Goodwin Tech Gladiators as they made off with a 15-4 win. The high-scoring effort was just what the Wolverines needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

Jake Farrell was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off seven hits (and not a single walk). Farrell was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

In other batting news, Abbott RVT got a massive performance out of Tyler Waterbury, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with five RBI, three runs, and one triple. Waterbury is also crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: he's snagged at least one every time he's taken the field this season. Another player making a difference was Frank Allo, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with four runs, two stolen bases, and one triple.

Abbott RVT always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .600. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

The victory got Abbott RVT back to even at 2-2. As for Goodwin Tech, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.
