Brookwood had won five straight at home, but on Thursday they bumped up to 17-4 to make it six. Everything went their way against the Collins Hill Eagles as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Broncos yet this season.

Juliana Alston-Ellis paced Brookwood's offense, picking up nine kills. Alston-Ellis got some help from Alyssa Feder and her 15 assists. Feder also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Alex Sigler, racking up two apiece.

As for Collins Hill, their loss dropped their record down to 3-11. They have struggled against Brookwood recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

When it comes to explaining why Collins Hill lost, don't look at Abby Kim. Despite the final result, she had 12 digs and seven aces.

After both having extra time off, Brookwood and Wesleyan will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Collins Hill, they will challenge Meadowcreek at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
