DJ Davis' Big Game Leads West Craven over Farmville Central
Starting off the list is West Craven's DJ Davis, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Davis rushed for 123 yards and three touchdowns on only 12 carries, and also threw for 111 yards and two touchdowns. He continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.
With the victory, West Craven broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-4. Davis and West Craven will head out to take on Greene Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Elijah Able Goes Supernova in Farmville Central Loss
Farmville Central had to settle for second on Friday, but Elijah Able sure wasn't going down easily. Despite the defeat, Able was still balling out as he rushed for 173 yards and a touchdown while picking up 8.7 yards per carry. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 62 yards.
If the past is any indication, Able could be in store for another big game when he takes on Greene Central on Friday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Able saw the Rams), he rushed for 87 yards and a touchdown on only ten carries, and also caught a touchdown.

A Season-Best Performance from Malik Brown Leads West Craven over Farmville Central
West Craven was led to victory by Malik Brown, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Brown rushed for 167 yards and a touchdown while picking up 9.8 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
If the past is any indication, Brown could be in store for another big game when he takes on Greene Central on Friday. When Brown last faced the Rams back in October of 2023, he rushed for 64 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries, and also picked up 58 receiving yards.

Josh Cetner produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Greene Central to the win on Friday. Cetner threw for 206 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 44 yards and a touchdown.
