Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Whitmore Lake). They blew past the Hope Christian Academy Hawks 56-14 on Tuesday. While the Trojans didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-17), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

The win made it two in a row for Whitmore Lake and bumps their season record up to 6-2. As for Hope Christian Academy, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Whitmore Lake will take on Charyl Stockwell Preparatory Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Whitmore Lake has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Hope Christian Academy, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Hope Christian Academy Hawks face off against the Parkway Christian Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on January 21st.
