Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Johnson Creek). They put the hurt on the Catholic Central Hilltoppers with a sharp 89-69 win on Saturday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bluejays also won the last time the pair played back in January.

The victory got Johnson Creek back to even at 2-2. As for Catholic Central, their defeat was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-5.

Johnson Creek will take on Madison Country Day in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Johnson Creek is facing Madison Country Day at the right time seeing as Madison Country Day is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Catholic Central, they will be home for the holidays to greet St. Anthony at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
