The North Creek Jaguars suffered their biggest defeat yet this season on Tuesday. They were outmatched by Mount Si at home and fell 93-48. North Creek has not had much luck with Mount Si recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
North Creek lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Silas Woodward, who scored 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Romen Jackson, who scored seven points along with three steals.
North Creek bumped their record down to 8-6 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Mount Si, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 13-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Creek will take on Eastlake at 8:30 p.m. on Friday. Eastlake will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Washington Rankings (they are ranked 317th, while North Creek is ranked 107th). As for Mount Si, they will head out on the road to face off against Skyline at 8:15 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Skyline's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last three contests.
