On Saturday, the Saint James Trojans kept a clean sheet against the Booker T. Washington Magnet Yellow Jackets. They blew past the Yellow Jackets 8-0. It was an even better day for Atticus Clements as he scored three goals for his team.
The victory got Saint James back to even at 2-2. As for Booker T. Washington Magnet, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Saint James will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Pike Liberal Arts at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Booker T. Washington Magnet, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Dale County at 7:00 p.m. on February 22nd.
