The Manchester Valley Mavericks waltzed into their game on Friday with four straight wins but they left with five. They enjoyed a cozy 65-51 victory over Harford Tech. This was payback for Manchester Valley, who suffered a 53-45 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Brendan Luddy continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 29 points along with eight rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Owen Caine, who scored ten points along with seven rebounds.
Manchester Valley pushed their record up to 12-7 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.8 points per game. As for Harford Tech, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-15.
