South Hills's D?angelo Ross rumbled for the longest rushing play in Sierra this season in his game against West Covina last week. Ross ran for 69 yards on the play and finished with 69 on the day as his team beat the Bulldogs.
Ayala moved up to 152 from 206 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Bulldogs were able to make move up by beating Diamond Ranch 19-16.
Ayala's dynamic duo of BRIAN MEYETTE and JAMES CARTER proved to be unstoppable against the Panthers, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. MEYETTE threw for 205 yards and CARTER had 77 yards receiving. AUSTIN HOPKINS helped Ayala's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 49 yards.
Randy Reams' team's dynamic duo of MEYETTE and CARTER proved tough for Diamond Ranch to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.
Adam Goss was the best running back in the league this week. He ran for 179 yards on 22 carries as South Hills topped Roddy Layton's team.
CARTER was the best wideout in Sierra this week as Ayala beat the Panthers.
MEYETTE put up the best numbers through the air as the Bulldogs defeated Diamond Ranch.
The leading receiver in the league this season is Donavin Washington. The Charter Oak star has 11 catches for 215 yards.
Damien took down Palm Desert 49-14 last week, the largest margin of any game.
