There's no place like home for Edison, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Humboldt Hawks 2-1. The win was some much needed relief for the Tommies as it spelled an end to their three-match losing streak.

Edison's victory bumped their record up to 3-9. As for Humboldt, they now have a losing record of 11-12.

Edison has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against North Lakes Academy on the 4th. As for Humboldt, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Legacy Christian Academy on the 4th.
