Several Eagles players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Brock McCarter, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 11 rebounds. McCarter is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last three games he's played. Eli Luther was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
Overton's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood], the victory got them back to even at 7-7.
Overton will head out on the road to face off against Brady at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Brady is out to stop a four-game streak of losses at home. Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood] will take on Medicine Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
