The Dobson Mustangs stacked a 12th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. Everything went their way against North as Dobson made off with a 51-26 victory. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 35-8.
Isabella Jensen had an outrageously good game as she scored 12 points along with six rebounds and three steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played. Ahdiayh Chee was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with five rebounds.
North's loss came despite strong showings from Xxylina Flores and Ayanna Goode. Flores scored 11 points along with three steals, while Goode scored ten points. Flores is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 18 games she's played.
Dobson has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. As for North, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-9.
Dobson and the Coyotes will face off at 7:00 p.m. on January 30th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
