The Tri-State Christian Crusaders can now show off 13 landslide victories after their most recent contest on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Aquinas Academy as Tri-State Christian made off with a 65-41 victory. Winning may never get old, but Tri-State Christian sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
Jackson Sartin was his usual excellent self, scoring 17 points along with two steals. He hasn't dropped below 17 points for eight straight games. Another player making a difference was Eli Farren, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds.
Tri-State Christian's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 26-4. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 79.0 points per game. As for Aquinas Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tri-State Christian is on the road again on Thursday and plays Middletown at 5:30 p.m. on February 8th. Tri-State Christian has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 1,073 points over their last 14 contests. As for Aquinas Academy, they will head out on the road to challenge Tome at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
