The St. Martin Yellow Jackets lost against the Biloxi Indians on January 9th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Tuesday. St. Martin fell  53-44 to Biloxi. The  loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for St. Martin in their matchups with Biloxi: they've now lost eight in a row.
  Ty'Lah Whitlock and  Jaxon Walker certainly did their best on Tuesday to try and avoid the loss.  Whitlock  scored ten points along with seven  rebounds and two  blocks, while  Walker  scored 15 points along with four  steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  Walker has scored all season. Another player making a difference was  Kai Vieira, who  scored six points.
 St. Martin  struggled to get the ball back on offense and  finished the game with only four  offensive rebounds. They are  winless (0-3) when  they can't control their own glass like that.
 St. Martin dropped their record down to 4-18 with that  loss, which was their eighth straight  on the road. As for Biloxi,  the  victory  makes it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 13-6.
 St. Martin will be playing in front of their home fans against D'Iberville at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. D'Iberville is coming into the  game on a three-game losing streak. As for Biloxi, they will head out on the road to  square off against  Gulfport at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Gulfport is coming into the  matchup on a four-game losing streak.
