The Manual Thunderbolts posted their biggest win yet this season on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 56-8 victory over DSST: Green Valley Ranch on the road. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Manual also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2023.
Manual's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Dayjah Fox, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 12 rebounds. Fox has been hot recently, having posted two or more blocks the last four times she's played. Another player making a difference was Jaci Collins-Falcon, who scored 16 points.
Manual has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-7 record this season. As for DSST: Green Valley Ranch, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-10.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Manual won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Stargate School at 5:00 p.m. on January 24th. Stargate School is coming into the contest on a six-game losing streak. As for DSST: Green Valley Ranch, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Adams City at 6:00 p.m.
