St. Francis dropped down to 13-2 on Tuesday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They took a blow against the Oak Ridge Trojans, falling 41-2. The defensive woes were uncharacteristic for the Troubadours, who until this contest were averaging 9.6 points allowed.

Lola Fox threw for 36 yards while completing 73.3% of her passes. On the ground, Natalia Zitelli rushed for 50 yards.

As for Oak Ridge, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-1. The result was nothing new for the Trojans, who have now won four games by 25 points or more so far this season.

Maya Scipio went supernova, throwing for 307 yards and five touchdowns while completing 73.8% of her passes. Those 307 passing yards gave her a new career-high. Laurel Smart was Scipio's top target, picking up 91 receiving yards and three TDs.

St. Francis didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 31-2 defeat against Granite Bay on the 18th. As for Oak Ridge, they have also already played their next contest, a 13-0 victory against Del Oro on the 18th.
