The York Falcons will be playing at home against the Oakwood Hawks at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
After a string of four wins, York's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell just short of Marina by a score of 2-1. Having soared to a lofty eight goals in the game before, York couldn't push the score so high this time.

Oakwood played against Pacific Grove and lost via forfeit.
York's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-4-1. As for Oakwood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-9.
York took their victory against Oakwood when the teams last played last Friday by a conclusive 4-1. Will York repeat their success, or does Oakwood have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
