The Bozeman Bucks and the Madison County Cowboys squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but sadly the Bozeman Bucks had to settle for second. They had to suffer through a rough 61-22 loss at the hands of the Cowboys. Bozeman's loss signaled the end of their 12-game winning streak.
Peyton Gay threw for 200 yards and two touchdowns.
Madison County was led to victory by Za?vion Bryant and Ryshard Miller. Bryant rushed for 40 yards and two touchdowns, while Miller rushed for 126 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries. Tre'vion Gillyard was in the mix too, providing Madison County with two touchdowns.
Bozeman's defeat dropped their record down to 12-1. As for Madison County, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-1.
Bozeman does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Madison County will face off against Hawthorne at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hawthorne is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
