St. John's Catholic Prep got themselves on the board against Indian Creek on Friday, but Indian Creek never followed suit. They blew past the Eagles 8-0. The Vikings might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by six runs or more this season.

St. John's Catholic Prep has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.7 runs over those games. Indian Creek is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Coming up, St. John's Catholic Prep will take on Riverdale Baptist at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. The last three games Riverdale Baptist has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Indian Creek, they will head out on the road to take on St. Mary's at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
