The Fillmore Flashes will head out on the road to challenge the Burbank Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Fillmore will come in still looking for their first win of the season.
Last Thursday, Fillmore was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 23-19 to Buena. The Flashes gained 117 more yards on the day, but it was the Bulldogs that made the best use of them.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Burbank to victory, but perhaps none more so than Deshawn Laporte, who threw for 146 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 33 yards.
Fillmore's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Burbank, the win also got them back to even at 1-1.
