The Van-Far Indians will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against the Macon Tigers at 9:00 p.m. on December 7th. Given that the pair suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.
Last Tuesday, Van-Far came up short against Centralia and fell 64-52.
The losing side was boosted by Nikos Connaway, who scored 20 points along with 8 rebounds and 5 assists. He scored a full 38.5% of Van-Far's points, the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Gaven Gatson was another key contributor, scoring 7 points.
Meanwhile, Macon pushed their score all the way to 56 back in November, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 64-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of Cameron.
Their wins bumped Van-Far to 2-1 and Centralia to 4-1.
