Pekin waltzed into their game on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Van Buren County Warriors 12-1. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won six contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Pekin now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Van Buren County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season.
