The Cuero Gobblers will be taking part in a tournament against the Pleasanton Eagles at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Cuero is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.6 runs per game this season.
On Friday, Cuero didn't have quite enough to beat Chaparral and fell 7-6.

Meanwhile, Pleasanton fell victim to Henderson and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Lions, falling 6-0. The match marked the first time this year in which the Eagles were not able to get on the board.
Cuero's record is now 6-4-1. As for Pleasanton, their record now sits at 11-3-1.
