The Manteo Redskins will face off against the Perquimans Pirates at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Manteo is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 26.4  points per game  this season.
Perquimans will  square off against  a team with plenty of momentum: Manteo extended their winning streak to three on Friday. The Redskins strolled past Bertie with  points to spare, taking the game  28-12. The Redskins pushed the score to  28-6 by the end of the third, a deficit the Falcons cut but never quite recovered from.
Manteo got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  Drew Brown out in front who threw for 128 yards and a pair of  touchdowns while completing 77.8% of his passes.  Jaheem Banks helped  Brown out on the ground, picking up 31 receiving yards and one  score, while also rushing for 53 yards.

 Meanwhile, Perquimans fell victim to Gates County and their airtight defense  on Friday. They took  a  14-0 bruising from the Red Barons. Having soared to a lofty 35  points in the game before, the Pirates' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.
 Perquimans has also been struggling recently as they've  lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record  this season. As for Manteo, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.
