The Placer Hillmen will venture away from home to  take on the Nevada Union Miners  at 6:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
On Tuesday, Placer came up short against Roseville  and fell  3-1. The Hillmen haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Meanwhile, Nevada Union had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Cougars with a sharp  3-0 win.

 Placer's defeat dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Nevada Union,  the  victory  got them back to even at 14-14.
