Lakehill Prep's game on Tuesday was all tied up 32-32 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They escaped with a win against the Chisholm Trail Academy Blazers by the margin of a single free throw, 57-56. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

Lakehill Prep got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Preston Corder out in front who posted 19 points and five boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Drew Perry, who earned 16 points along with seven rebounds and five assists.

Lakehill Prep was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Chisholm Trail Academy only posted nine assists.

Chisholm Trail Academy's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Nick Weaver, who scored eight points and nine boards. Jadon Henderson was another key player, going 6 for 11 on his way to 15 points and five rebounds.

Lakehill Prep has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.6 points per game. As for Chisholm Trail Academy, the loss snapped their winning streak at seven games and leaves them with a 13-7 record.

Lakehill Prep has already played their next matchup, a 67-46 victory against Highlands on the 25th. As for Chisholm Trail Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 72-37 defeat against San Gabriel Academy on the 22nd.
