Basketball Recap: Ridgeway Piles Up the Points Against Hamilton

Ridgeway won the last time they faced Hamilton and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Ridgeway Roadrunners simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Hamilton Wildcats 66-37. The matchup was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Roadrunners had established a 24 point advantage.

Ridgeway's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Marjavis Chandler, who went 7 for 9 on his way to 16 points and five boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayden Williams, who went 5 of 8 en route to 12 points.

Ridgeway's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-8. As for Hamilton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-11.

Ridgeway has already played their next contest, a 55-51 loss against Kirby on the 17th. As for Hamilton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 67-43 defeat against Memphis Academy of Science and Engineering on the 15th.
