Goshen was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight  loss. They fell just short of the Plymouth Pilgrims/Rockies by a score of  3-2.  Goshen took Plymouth into a fifth set  but they suffered a heartbreaking two-point loss. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-21, 25-16, 17-25,  17-15.
 Leading Plymouth to victory were  Olivia Ringer and  Haileigh Olivarez.  Ringer  had 22  digs, five  aces,  and two  kills, while  Olivarez  had five  digs. What's more,  Olivarez also racked up  no  aces, the mostshe's  had  in her last three  matches.
 Goshen's loss  ended  a  five-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 11-9. As for Plymouth, the  win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 13-14.
 Goshen wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  game,  a  2-0  defeat against Southwood on the 5th. As for Plymouth, they will head out to  square off against Triton  at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday. Triton is coming into the  matchup with three straight  victories at home,  so Plymouth will have to stop a  team with plenty of momentum.
