The Reed Point/Rapelje Renegades's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their tenth straight loss. They were beaten by Custer/Hysham 65-16. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Reed Point/Rapelje has scored all season.
When it comes to explaining why Reed Point/Rapelje lost, one person who can't be blamed is Axel Blodgett. Despite the final result, he scored eight points along with eight rebounds. Blodgett hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for four straight games.
Reed Point/Rapelje dropped their record down to 3-10 with that loss, which was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Custer/Hysham, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games.
