Meanwhile, St. Francis was the victim of a rough 72-51 defeat at the hands of Becker on Thursday. While losing is never fun, St. Francis can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 240th, while Becker is ranked 93rd).
Cloquet's defeat was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 2-4. As for St. Francis, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.
