There's no place like home for Willits, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They blew past the Potter Valley Bearcats 12-2 on Friday. The Wolverines haven't had any issues with the Bearcats recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Willits' victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Potter Valley, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Willits will welcome Technology at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Titans have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 23.89 runs per game on average), something the Wolverines will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Potter Valley, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Point Arena at 3:30 p.m. on the 25th.
