Even though the Jordan Falcons scored an imposing 57 points on Friday, the Panther Creek Catamounts still came out on top. Panther Creek simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Jordan 89-57 on the road. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Panther Creek also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
Panther Creek's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Logan Ware, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 10 rebounds. The contest was Ware's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Chris Uwayo, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 11 assists.
Panther Creek now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Jordan, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Panther Creek will face off against Southeast Raleigh at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Jordan, they will head out on the road to face off against The Burlington School at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Burlington School has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 659 points over their last nine matches.
