They took their match on the road with ease, bagging a 34-0 win over the Imps. Panther Creek didn't have much to brag about two games back, but this victory makes it their second in a row.
Leading Panther Creek to victory were Will Clancy and Sergio Castellon. Clancy threw for 378 yards and four touchdowns while completing 78.3% of his passes, while Castellon picked up 208 receiving yards and four touchdowns. Castellon's longest reception was for an incredible 99 yards.
Panther Creek's victory bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Cary, their loss was their seventh straight at home (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 1-8.
Panther Creek will take on Holly Springs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Holly Springs will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak. As for Cary, they will head out on the road to face off against Middle Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Middle Creek presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Cary in North Carolina (Middle Creek is ranked 95th, while Cary is ranked 300th).
