After a string of six wins, the Red Mountain Mountain Lions's good fortune finally ran out  on Thursday. They lost to Dobson at home  by a decisive  47-29 margin. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest  points Red Mountain has scored all season.
 Red Mountain's loss  came despite strong showings from  Makaia Jenkins and  Zoey Hancock.  Jenkins  scored nine points along with six  rebounds, while  Hancock  scored five points.
 Dobson's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Ahdiayh Chee, who  scored 19 points along with five  rebounds and two  steals.  Isabella Jensen was another key contributor,  scoring 12 points along with six  rebounds.
 Red Mountain's loss  ended  a  six-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 19-6. As for Dobson, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won nine of their last ten matchups,  which provided a massive bump to their 16-7 record this season.
 Red Mountain won't have much time to rest: their next  matchup is against Mountain View at 7:00  p.m.  on February 2nd. Red Mountain is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 53.6  points per game this season. As for Dobson, they won't have much time to rest: their next  game is against Westwood at 7:00  p.m.  on February 2nd. Dobson is facing Westwood at the right time seeing as Westwood is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
