The Sun Valley Spartans will head out to  face off against the Watauga Pioneers  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The two teams are strolling into their  contests after big wins in their previous games.

Meanwhile, Watauga waltzed into their match  on Tuesday with 23 straight wins... but they left with 24. Everything went their way against the Rockets as they made off with  a  3-0 win.
Sun Valley better focus on containing  Lainey Gragg and  Lilli Combs as the pair were huge in Watauga's win. Gragg  had 12  digs and two  blocks, while  Combs  had seven  digs. Gragg has been hot for a while, having also posted 12 or more assists the last 44 times she's  played.  Julia Rowan also deserves some recognition as  she  served her first  ace of the season.
 Watauga  was lethal from the service line and  finished the match with 11  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least six  aces in 15 consecutive  matchups.
 Sun Valley's record now sits at 20-13. As for Watauga, their record is now 24-1.
