Akanni Owodunni posted a new career-high in runs on Thursday. He went 2-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has become a key player for Berkeley: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least one home run, but 6-9 otherwise.

Coming up, Owodunni and Berkeley will head out on the road to take on Piedmont at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
