The Legacy Christian Academy Knights stacked a tenth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Monday. They blew past Emmanuel Christian Academy 66-22 at home. With Legacy Christian Academy ahead 34-13 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
Legacy Christian Academy found their leader in underclassman Autumn Allport, who scored 14 points along with six rebounds and four steals. It was the first time this season that Allport grabbed two or more steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Ava Combs, who scored ten points along with four steals.
Legacy Christian Academy pushed their record up to 15-2 with that win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.0 points per game. As for Emmanuel Christian Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Legacy Christian Academy will take on the Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Middletown Christian has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games. As for Emmanuel Christian Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against the Rams at 7:30 p.m. Hopefully Miami Valley focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up nine last Saturday.
