After each having a week off, the May River Sharks  and the Georgetown Bulldogs will dust off their jerseys to  face off against  one another  at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Keep an eye on the score for this one:  both  posted some lofty  point totals in their previous games.

Everything went their way against Brookland-Cayce two weeks ago as May River made off with  a  35-13 victory. The Sharks 's  win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet  this season.
  Andrew Johnson continued  his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 131 yards and three touchdowns. The dominant performance gave  him a new career-high in  rushing yards. May River also got a significant boost from  Gage Duncan, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 104 yards.
 He was just one part of a punishing run game: May River was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 373  rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  rushed for at least 252  rushing yards in four consecutive  games.
 Meanwhile,  winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better  (just ask Georgetown). They snuck past Carvers Bay with  a  34-29 victory two weeks ago.
 May River pushed their record up to 4-0 with the  win, which was their fourth straight  at home dating back to last season. As for Georgetown,  the  victory  got them back to even at 2-2.
