Rossville put their dominant pitcher on display in the team's fourth consecutive shutout on Thursday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Clinton Prairie Gophers a 10-0 shutout. Considering the Hornets have won 15 matches by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Rossville got a big performance out of Gracie McDonald, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Autumn Paschal, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Rossville hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least four batters in six consecutive games.

Rossville's victory bumped their record up to 19-5. As for Clinton Prairie, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-8.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Rossville will face off against Benton Central at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Clinton Prairie, they will take on Traders Point Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
