 Avon has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won 13 of their last 15 games,  which provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record  this season. As for Whiteland, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-17.
 Avon took their  victory against Whiteland  in their previous matchup  back in October of 2023 by a conclusive  3-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Avon since the  team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
