Trinity waltzed into their match on Thursday with 11 straight wins... but they left with 12. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Christian Academy-Louisville Centurions an 11-0 shutout. The Shamrocks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 17 contests by six runs or more this season.

Trinity pushed their record up to 28-3 with the win, which was their 13th straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.5 runs over those games. As for Christian Academy-Louisville, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 19-13 record this season.

Trinity will welcome Southern at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Shamrocks are facing the Trojans at the right time seeing as the Trojans are stuck on a three-game losing streak. Christian Academy-Louisville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
