Citrus Hill extended the longest winning streak in Mountain Pass this week by beating Tahquitz, 31-28. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Hawks.
West Valley lost to San Jacinto 56-30 last week, the largest margin of any game. Elijah Brown was a bright spot for the Mustangs, as he caught 11 passes for 266 yards in the loss.

Murrieta PJ threw for 260 yards and 7 touchdowns.
Brown was the best wideout in the league this week as Gordon Wood's team lost to San Jacinto. Kenneth Darnell helped West Valley's passing attack out by catching 5 balls for 47 yards.
The Mustangs' Mike Cordova and Brown led the league in both passing and receiving yards. 5-10 quarterback Cordova has thrown for 2,148 yards this season, while Brown has 65 catches for 1,187 yards. Citrus Hill's PJ Walker leads the league in rushing yards with 1,023.
Entering into this week's contest against West Valley, Brett Hollingsworth is short just 124 passing yards to break 2,000 on the season. Accruing a total of 19 touchdowns this year, Hollingsworth has thrown for 1,876 yards with 3 interceptions.
At the moment, the Mustangs are in fifth, while the Hawks are in first.
The league will see a high scoring game when West Valley and Citrus Hill face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, the Mustangs comes in having scored 260 this season, while the Hawks have scored 356. West Valley scored 30 points last week as it lost to Bill Powell's team.
Citrus Hill and the Titans played the closest game in Mountain Pass this week, with Citrus Hill eventually emerging with a 31-28 victory.
