Lennard hasn't had much luck against Durant recently, but that could start to change on Monday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m.
Lennard came up short against Wharton on Monday, falling 3-0.
While Lennard was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Wharton's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-10, 25-15.
Meanwhile, Durant entered their tilt with Morgan on Monday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Mustangs 3-0.

Lennard better focus on containing Isabella Bowen and Alani Bailey as the pair were huge in Durant's win. Bowen had 15 assists and seven aces, while Bailey had three aces. Those seven aces gave Bowen a new career-high.

Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Monday's matchup: Lennard hasn't let much over the net this season, having averaged 4 blocks per game. It's a different story for Durant, though, as they've been averaging only 1 blocks. Given Lennard's sizable advantage in that area, the Cougars will need to find a way to close that gap.
Lennard couldn't quite get it done against Durant in their previous meeting back in September as they fell 2-0. Can the Longhorns avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
