The Sebastian River Sharks had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 points), and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They came out on top against Space Coast by a score of 42-31.
Andrew Simpson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 14 points along with 5 rebounds and 3 steals. The game was his fifth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Keenan Matthews, who scored 10 points along with 6 rebounds.
Sebastian River's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Space Coast, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sebastian River is on the road again on Thursday and play against Somerset College Prep Academy at 7:00 p.m. on December 14th. As for Space Coast, they will challenge Pineapple Cove Classical Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
