North Marion has been on a difficult stretch since their win on November 15. They fell just short of the Dunnellon Tigers by a score of 2-1 on Wednesday. The contest was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but the Colts couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of Johnathan Guerrero, which was the first he's scored this season.

North Marion's loss dropped their record down to 2-6-2. As for Dunnellon, their win bumped their record up to 3-4.

North Marion will venture away from home to challenge Saint Francis Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. North Marion's last five games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Dunnellon, they will be playing at home against Umatilla at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
