Olathe East never let their opponents score on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Bonner Springs Braves as they made off with a 10-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Hawks, who have now won nine matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Olathe East's victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-2. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Bonner Springs, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-12-2 record this season.

Olathe East will head out to take on Mill Valley on Saturday. As for Bonner Springs, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Paola on May 6.
