Basketball Recap: Bangs Picks Up Second Consecutive Win

Cisco came into Monday's matchup looking for another win against Bangs, but Ryan Alqorum wouldn't allow it. The Dragons secured a 62-57 W over the Loboes on Monday for which the team can thank Alqorum, who dropped a double-double with 28 points and 20 boards. The contest was his fourth in a row with at least 16 points.

The victory made it two in a row for Bangs and bumps their season record up to 6-10. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.5 points over those games. As for Cisco, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-3.

Bangs wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 59-52 defeat against Wellington on the 30th. As for Cisco, they will be playing at home against Anson at 7:30 p.m. on January 6th.
